Buyers get clear explanations, realistic expectations, and a responsive team, which reflects well on the agent who introduced them.

03

Time savings

Less time spent decoding loan conditions and more time spent showing homes, negotiating, and winning listings.

04

Income opportunity

Where permitted by law and your license, we can discuss compliant ways to work together. Any arrangement is subject to RESPA and state rules.

  • Be the trusted advisor

Offer clients a financing resource you can stand behind, with programs for first-time buyers, self-employed borrowers, and investors.

  • Grow your referral network

Buyers who had a smooth closing tend to remember who made it easy, and tell friends who are getting ready to move.

  • Support when it matters

Direct phone access to the loan officer handling your buyer, plus a processing team that answers questions before they become problems.

The 7 Mortgage Process

Nine steps, no mystery.

  1. Lead received

You introduce a buyer, or a buyer reaches out and names you as their agent.

  2. Loan partner assigned

A 7 Mortgage loan officer is matched to the file and contacts the client promptly.

  3. Application handoff

The client completes a secure application and uploads documents.

  4. Credit and compliance

Credit is reviewed and required disclosures and compliance checks begin.

  5. Pricing and rate lock

Options are compared and a rate can be locked when the client is ready.

  6. Initial disclosures

The Loan Estimate and initial disclosures are delivered for review and signature.

  7. Processing and underwriting

Income, assets, appraisal, and title are verified and conditions are cleared.

  8. Final approval

Underwriting issues a final approval and the Closing Disclosure goes out.

  9. Funding and settlement

Documents are signed, the loan funds, and your buyer gets the keys.

Timelines vary by program, property, and borrower documentation. Every loan is subject to underwriting approval.
