Recruiting SMS Program

7 Mortgage uses SMS to communicate with mortgage and real estate professionals who have expressly agreed to receive recruiting communications. Messages may include recruiting follow-ups, responses to inquiries, requested information, interview or call scheduling, appointment reminders, and application-related updates.

Recipients provide consent during a live telephone conversation with a 7 Mortgage representative. The representative explains the SMS program and records the recipient’s affirmative consent before any text message is sent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of employment or doing business with 7 Mortgage.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After opting out, the recipient will no longer receive messages from this SMS program unless they provide consent again. Reply HELP for assistance or contact 7 Mortgage using the verified contact information published on this website.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to the recipient’s wireless service and network availability.
